What we charge

We specialise in on-site work. In other words, whenever it is possible and practical, we come to you. This avoids inconvenience and disruption and allows you to carry on with your work while we do ours.

Discounts and service level agreements are available for customers who pre-pay blocks of IT support hours. Please contact us to discuss.

Desktop/laptop/workstation:

  • £60 per hour for home users, £70 per hour for charities, community groups (min. 1 hour)
  • from £80 per hour for small offices (min. 1 hour)

Network installation:

  • Wireless and / or cabled: call us to discuss your needs - our quote will be competitive

Network Server Work:

  • From £95 per hour

Additional call-out fees:

  • We are based in Bloomsbury, Central London, WC1. If you are over 6 miles away from our base, we have a £35 call-out charge in addition to the 1 hour minimum.
  • After hours: Our hours are 9 - 6 M-F. Non-home users are charged an additional 1 hour fee and an additional $20 p.h. for work outside these hours.
  • If you are over 15 miles from our base, we have a £45 call-out charge in addition to the 1 hour minimum

Collection & Delivery Service:

  • If we determine from your initial phone call that the work required is probably best done in the workshop, and you would like us to collect your equipment from your premises & deliver it back to you the following charges apply:
    • If you are over 6 miles from us, our fee is £35
    • If you are over 15 miles from us, our fee is £45
    • If you deliver and collect from us, normal hourly rates apply for any work we do
    • Please note that we always prefer to WORK ON SITE! We will NEVER suggest that your equipment be brought to the workshop without very good cause.
